TICKET ORDERS DUE BY Wednesday, December 16, 2026 AT MIDNIGHT
Ticket orders can be placed in unlimited quantities across multiple orders, with standard submissions due by Wednesday, December 16 at midnight. If you are ordering EPIC tickets for the December 13–23 validity window, please note the earlier deadline of December 4 at midnight; these specific tickets will be mailed to you for an additional $10 charge.
Once your order form is submitted, it is not considered complete until payment is finalized. You can pay via Zelle, Venmo, or by credit card using a secure Square link that will be emailed to you, and all payments must be submitted by Friday, December 18, 2026.
Standard tickets are physical items that you must keep track of, and they are scheduled to be picked up during team check-in on December 27. If you plan to use your tickets before that date, you can pay an extra $10 to have them sent via certified mail. Please keep in mind that all tickets expire immediately after the final day of their respective validity windows, and the organizers cannot process refunds. If a refund is necessary, you must handle it directly through Universal Ticket sales.

The ticket validity window for Universal Studios and Islands of Adventure options is December 22 through December 31, 2026. There are no blockout dates within this window. This validity window does not include an option for EPIC tickets due to our EPIC Blockout window.

The ticket validity window for tickets that include EPIC, Universal Studios, and Islands of Adventure is either December 13 through December 23, 2026 OR January 1 through January 10, 2027. There are no blockout dates within these windows.

Move freely between Universal Studios Florida & Islands of Adventure. The Wizarding World of Harry Potter(TM) attractions can be found in both parks. No park reservations are required.

Q: How do I pay for tickets?

A: You have the choice between Zelle, Venmo, or Credit Card to pay and all payments are due on Friday, December 18, 2026

Q: How do I get between parks?

A: Both Universal Studios and Islands of Adventure parks are essentially connected to each other. You can walk between both parks (average 10-15 minute walk) or take the Hogwarts Express Train Ride attraction. Epic Universe ticket holders may utilize the Free Park-to-Park Shuttle Buses.

Q: Why will my ticket be labeled a “Youth Ticket"?

A: Our tickets are an ALL AGES ticket. Tickets will say “Youth Ticket” on them because we are a youth event.

Q: What about Express Passes?

A: Express Passes are optional, entirely SEPARATE from admission tickets, & can be purchased through the Universal Orlando Website.

Q: How will I receive my tickets?

A: You will be given physical tickets during check-in at the event.

Q: What if I want to use my ticket before the Signature event check-in on December 27?

A: Indicate that on the order form. We will add shipping costs and send the tickets via Certified Mail to you.

Q: What happens if I lose my ticket?

A: All tickets are hard tickets. Once handed your tickets, each guest is responsible to take a picture of the entire back of their ticket (the side with the bar code). In the event you lose your ticket & need to recover it, you will visit the nearest Guest Services location.
